EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a contract between you and Realsoft Graphics Oy. By installing this package you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, cancel the installation and return the software package to the location where you obtained it.

1. Copyright: The program and its related documentation are intellectual property of Realsoft Graphics Oy and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, copy, modify or transfer the program or documentation, or any copy except as expressly provided in this agreement.
2. License: You have the non-exclusive right to use the program on one computer at a time. You may install the program to more than one computer provided that only one person is using the program at a time. You may use several program installations simultaneously for image rendering purposes.
3. Disclaimer: The program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality, performance and result of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
4. Terms: This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program and documentation and all copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and documentation.
5. This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland.
